The man who thought he was moving to Manchester United and then thought he was moving to Chelsea has his name on the back of this Manchester City kit. The transfer of Robinho to Manchester City in 2008 was huge. Calderon, the former chairman of Real Madrid, stated that Robinho's transfer paid for half of Cristiano Ronaldo's move to the club.

How it happened was incredible and occurred so last minute that Robinho didn't even know where he was moving. For Manchester City's fans, you would have loved for him to have performed better for a longer period, but the first couple of months he had at the Etihad were truly barnstorming. He was exceptional.

This is a Le Coq Sportif shirt, which is quite uncommon. They have even folded now, making them even more rare in the future. It features a nice design, even if it is a bit asymmetrical. The only issue with this shirt is that a previous name set was removed from it, leaving some shadows where the Robinho name was cut off. There is also a reduced price on it, indicating this as well.
