Shirt worn by Ireland during a disastrous 2012 European Championships where they finished bottom of their group where they faced both finalists, Spain and Italy as well as a tough Croatian team.
This shirt is from the 'Tailored by Umbro' era, which was a brilliant period for Umbro where the material used in the shirts was of a different standard to other competitors. They may not have been ideal performance-wise but super comfortable to casually wear.

Wash the shirt inside out, ideally on a cold handwash.
If you have a washing machine with a 'low spin' or 'handwash' setting, it should be ok with this at 30 degrees.
There is no guarantee that some print won't come off but this is best practice.
