1988 Germany Home Long Sleeve (South American version), Medium
Shirt worn as Germany hosted the European Championships in 1988 where they lost to eventual winners Netherlands at the semi final stage. They won the World Cup in 1990 wearing a slightly amended variation of this shirt, which essentially contains a stitch across the lower half of the shirt.
It's one of the most iconic shirts ever made. The design has been the source of inspiration for a legion of shirts for years to follow.
This particular shirt is a long sleeve version, which can be quite rare to pick up. It is also a South American version, which means it was manufactured in South America and often leads to slight variants on the European manufactured. In this instances, there is no difference to note.
Condition: 6/10 (white of shirt has faded and Adidas trefoil worn as per photos)
23" pit to pit
