50 years of Argentina x Adidas. Well, not exactly. The period was broken up quite considerably with Le Coq Sportif and even Reebok taking over manufacturing during that time.

This shirt is a nod to the partnership between the AFA and Adidas, which began in 1974 World Cup. This shirt is a representation of the shirt used at the time also with a peeled back AFA crest, original trefoil and classic stripes.

Something that is easily undetected on this shirt that's really cool is the inscription "En el alma y en la piel" (In the soul and on the skin), while a marketing tagline by Adidas, represents the Argentinian passion for the national team where it's "in the soul" and they wear it "on the skin".
