A very simple Puma shirt for Ghana, worn by the likes of Michael Essien in his prime. This was used by Ghana in the build up to their World Cup 2010 qualifying where they were within a whisker of becoming the first African team to qualify for a World Cup semi final.

Wash the shirt inside out, ideally on a cold handwash.

If you have a washing machine with a 'low spin' or 'handwash' setting, it should be ok with this at 30 degrees.

There is no guarantee that some print won't come off but this is best practice.
