An original Total 90 shirt and with one of the games most prolific marksman on the back, Ruud Van Nistelrooy. Memorable shirt worn when Man United ended Arsenal's famous 49 game unbeaten run in what would have been their 50th. Often called "Pizzagate" or "Battle of the Buffet" for post-match pizza throwing. Van Nistelrooy scored on the same day, getting revenge for missing a penalty against Arsenal a year earlier (had he scored then it would have stopped Arsenal's unbeaten run at 5 games).

Players to have worn this shirt include: Ruud van Nistelrooy, Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo, Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes

Condition: 7/10

Some cracking to the Vodafone sponsor, as shown in the photographs. The material and nameset are otherwise in very good condition.

Pit to Pit: 21"

An excellent addition to any Manchester United football shirt collection and the perfect gift for any Manchester United fan.

Every shirt sold by FootballShirts.ie is carefully inspected and guaranteed authentic before being listed for sale.
